Cyrill Schuler is Chief Finance Officer and was appointed to the Executive Team of Fischer Connectors in January 2020.
His broad experience in international financial affairs ranges from analysis to planning, including accounting, reporting, controls, cash, tax & financial statement publication in US and Swiss GAAP. He has in-depth knowledge of multiple business models in Consumer Electronics, Technology, FMCG and B2B sectors, as well as on-the-ground experience in 50+ developed and emerging economies.
From 2003-2012, he held various posts at P&G, first in the UK as Director, Manufacturing Finance, then Director, Global Internal Audit, second in Switzerland as Regional CFO, Professional Products & Solutions EMEA. He joined Logitech in 2013, first as Senior Director, EMEA Sales & Marketing Finance, then as VP Global Field Finance & Sales Operations.
These roles enabled him to develop strong competencies in strategy development, working with internal and external stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts and managing organizations.
Cyrill holds a Master’s degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne (Switzerland), and is a Certified Internal Auditor from the International Institute of Internal Auditors (UK).
Emmanuel Rapin is Chief Operations Officer and was appointed to the Executive Team of Fischer Connectors in March 2018.
He has 20+ years of experience in international operations within the technological industry. His broad experience covers the definition and implementation of operational, manufacturing and supply chain strategies, strategic partnership management and factory integration with both inhouse and outsourced supply models.
He previously served as a senior business consultant, coaching and advising management teams in operational strategy, supply chain, sourcing and performance improvement.
Prior posts include Head of Large-scale Customer Programs at NAGRA, a Kudelski Group company, leading programs for tailored solutions to key customers, managing customer integration, M&As assessment and integration, thorough due diligence processes, Intellectual Property and licence contracts. At SmarDTV, another Kudelski Group company, he served as VP Operations in the Management team, contributing to the business growth by a factor of five in his responsibility for the operational strategy, enabling complex supply chains and scaling up the supply footprint.
Emmanuel holds degrees in Microtechnics from EPFL, Business Administration (HEC Lausanne, Switzerland) and a postgraduate in Business Administration (IMD Lausanne).
Jean-Michel Puiatti is Chief Commercial Officer and was appointed to the Executive Team of Fischer Connectors in February 2020.
He has 20+ years of managerial experience ranging from sales and business development to global operations and R&D. In addition to his proven track record of delivering revenue growth and complex customer-focused projects in fast-evolving markets, he has a deep understanding of digital technologies and digital security.
From 2017-2019, he was Senior VP IoT Security at Nagra, a Kudelski Group company. Responsible for creating and managing the IoT Security division (Europe, USA, India), he launched a new line of IoT security solutions and services. His role entailed defining the value proposition, market positioning, product strategy, business development, marketing, strategic alliances, product development, customer project delivery and security labs.
Previous posts at Nagra (Switzerland) included: VP Sales and Services Operations, covering worldwide sales and service operations; VP Sales Operations and Development; Senior VP MultiScreen Product Unit; VP R&D – Nagra Embedded Solutions.
Jean-Michel holds a Master’s degree and PhD in Computer Science from EPFL (Switzerland).
Jérôme Dabonneville is Chief Technology Officer and was appointed to the Executive Team of Fischer Connectors in July 2017.
He has acquired a broad experience in segments of the value chain of the automotive industry, from manufacturing to R&D and projects. He has a strong innovation and customer focus, driving R&D to help move the company beyond manufacturing connectors and cable assemblies to develop breakthrough connectivity solutions in partnership with customers and suppliers globally.
He joined Groupe PSA Peugeot Citroen in 1999 and held Planning and Industrialization management positions in various car projects. In 2008, he became Manufacturing Manager at the Mulhouse (France) Plant. Between 2011 and 2012, as Head of Industrial Launch and Executive Team member of the Mulhouse Plant, he successfully managed the industrial launch of the Peugeot “208”.
In January 2013, he joined Fischer Connectors as Industrialization Manager. He contributed to integrating lean and industry 4.0 manufacturing standards in Saint-Prex (Switzerland) and to extending capacities in Alpharetta (USA).
Jérôme holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France).
Jonathan Brossard is CEO and was appointed to the Executive Team of the Fischer Connectors Group in 2016, at the age of 28.
With his clear and ambitious vision and entrepreneurial focus on innovation and technology, he has invested in R&D and developed a 10-year growth strategy to increase the Group’s competitivity and capacity as a global connectivity solution partner.
Belonging to the third generation of the founding Fischer family, he joined Fischer Connectors’ Board in 2015 and was Business Development Manager until he took office as CEO to spearhead the expansion of the company’s worldwide imprint, widen the group’s scope of activities across the entire value chain of connectivity, and foster corporate culture with innovative partnerships and customer-centric collaborations. From 2016-2019, Fischer Connectors’ global workforce grew to reach over 500 professionals, and turnover increased by over 50%.
